Takee Brockman

Takee Brockman is a licensed associate broker in his hometown of New York City. His passion for real estate is born from first-hand experience as an owner and property manager. His expertise spans across the full spectrum of real estate services, from comprehensive market analyses to negotiating the best price for his clients. From his family’s real estate appraisal company to investing in property and studying architecture, real estate is a natural fit that combines his love of meeting new people with his family business.  

Takee is deeply knowledgeable about local neighborhoods and understands how to navigate the process of renting, purchasing or selling in this market. Before his career in real estate, he worked in the hospitality industry for ten years, including opening his own business. This experience taught him the foundations of customer service and gave him the work ethic of an entrepreneur. His clients’ needs are always the top priority, and they appreciate his diligence and constant communication. His in-depth knowledge of the market serves his clients well, and he doesn’t hesitate to track down any information they may need. Takee’s trademark is achieving whatever he puts his mind to, a skill he applies to every client transaction, from negotiating on their behalf to achieving their real estate goals. 

When he’s not working for his clients, Takee is traveling the world, learning how to recreate Michelin-star meals and enjoying his huge family (he has nine siblings and four nieces and nephews). He attended Full Sail University in Florida and the Art Institute in Virginia.
