I actually got connected to Alycia through Zillow, and am so grateful. She was terrific through the whole process-incredibly patient and flexible, all the way down to touring a home via FaceTime for me when I was out of town (I ultimately bought it!). Besides doing all the legwork to make sure condos that were pet friendly were really pet friendly, and spending countless evenings with me as we explored some different areas and looked at a lot of different places, she also walked me through the mortgage, inspection, and closing process. She even helped resolve a small issue that arose with the developer after my purchase. I would definitely recommend her and would use her again if I move.

What a great experience with Alycia! She was so quick to respond via text, email, or phone and did a ton of leg work helping me see properties all over Arlington. She helped me negotiate a great deal on closing costs (got money off to renovate a kitchen) and even did a facetime during my inspection so I didn't have to make the 2-hour drive. As a first-time homeowner, I was super nervous but Alycia was so excited for me and her genuineness helped me get over my nerves. Don't pass on her she made the whole process so easy!
